Hi all!

I logged in on here to make a post since I came to the sudden realization that I, again, haven’t posted in some time. Pretty much copy and paste what I said in my last post. (No, I still haven’t found a new love of social media. Yes, I’m still writing, etc.) And I’ve also made a big move from Raleigh, NC to Portland, ME. ( That’s right. I’m now a Maine author. )

Anywho …

I plan on publishing a new book this coming fall sometime but no exact dates yet. Even though I used to be generally considered a fast writer, I guess I’m slow now since I don’t use any A.I. in any part of the process. I’m anti-A.I. in general, I admit. But, I mean, what do you expect from someone who is borderline anti-social media? heh. I’ve read and watched waaaaay too many sci-fi dystopian type stuff since I was a kid to be trustful of it. In fact, I’ve been considering doing a trade-in on my iPhone for this new nifty looking flip-phone by a company called Commodore. (No, they don’t even know I exist so in no manner is this a paid mention.) I just am so over the pressure to accept the normalization of A.I. in its current state. I think it has potential in certain areas, but NOT in anything even adjacent to creativity.

Oops … I was about to go off into a rant. That happens sometimes. But this isn’t the time or place. (My hand is cramping already from working on my book.) I simply wanted to do another update. Now that I have I’m going to sign off before I end up posting a 20 page rant starting with A.I. and ending with the state of the world. (I don’t want to end up with a claw hand for the next day or so otherwise I just might. :p) But alas, with Hashimoto’s and MS I must force rest upon myself sometimes. (Boo!)
